Stephanie is a
graduate of Appalachian State University with a B.S. in
Communications and is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and
Certified Health and Nutrition Coach. She has lived in Charlotte
since 5th grade and graduated from Providence High
School. Stephanie has worked with clients on a private basis for

as well as strength and conditioning. An avid runner herself, she
is often seen running the trails or streets of Charlotte training
for a running race.
Stephanie currently
is the Assistant Boys Track Coach at South Charlotte Middle School
and a running coach at Run for Your Life in Piper Glen. Last year
her boys at South Charlotte won their league meet and she is hoping

High school in Charlotte but opted not to compete in College. After
a brief stint in Austin, Texas after college and having her first
child, she decided it was time to start exercising again. Fifty
pounds overweight at her heaviest, she could barely run a mile but
stuck with it and hasn’t looked back since. Stephanie enjoys
helping people achieve their health and fitness goals and feels your
victory is her victory.
In the past 3 years
Stephanie has earned her Health and Nutrition certification and
takes nutrition very seriously. Combining her knowledge of fitness
with nutrition is a winning combination and she’s ready to get you
started on your path to wellness. Contact Stephanie at
