Rebecca's Story:
Rebecca Dorans has been with Ciarla Fitness for two
years and has achieved all of her fitness and weight loss goals!
Eight sizes smaller she feels much healthier, enjoys eating better,
and has decided that personal training needs to be an on-going part
of her life. She has maintained her goals for several months and has
inspired her husband to begin training as well.
"When joining Ciarla Fitness my intentions were to
lose weight and find my pre-Mommy figure again. After months of
training sessions, I began to notice the gradual changes of
increased muscle tone and then weight loss. Now, with 34 pounds
gone, I am committed and determined to maintain a true fitness

Richard's
Story:
Richard Tocado has been a client for over 3 years and
has a new healthy active lifestyle! Richard has lost 40 pounds
working out two days a week at Ciarla Fitness while maintaining a
"cardio" workout schedule on his own time. He has kept the weight
off for two years. He has a new life around his children where he
can challenge them to an intense game of basketball and not ever be
short of breath! Keep up the good work, Richard!
"My name is Richard Tocado I started with Ciarla
Fitness after my divorce. I gained 60 pounds during the first two
years of my new single life eating out and living it up. My x-wife
had used Adam in the past and suggested that I give him a try, I had
been active and exercised most of my life but had let
everything slide, and I needed help. Adam pushes me beyond what I
think I am capable and has given me a quality of life that I thought
had passed me with age. At 40 I go mountain biking, white water
rafting, running you name it. I play sports with my boys instead of
watching from the sideline. My cardio is excellent and I have a hint
of a gun show. I look and feel great at 40. I will continue to use
them I have made Ciarla an appointment I keep."
Bruce's Story:
Bruce Sciotto has been a client of Ciarla Fitness
for over 8 months and attributes his dramatic lifestyle change to
the entire staff! Bruce started with Ciarla Fitness after a
motivational discussion with our office manager and began working
with a personal trainer. 30 pounds less later, Bruce sleeps better,
has much more energy, and has improved several medical conditions.
Never having been interested in his own health or working out, he
realized that he had become a "client for life" after just two
sessions.

Laura's Story:
Laura came to Ciarla Fitness looking
to get back into boxing. She came all the way from Orange County,
CA. There she became addicted to boxing, and unable to find anyone
to compare to the training she received there. After 9 months of
training with DC, Laura looks amazing and loves the feel she gets
after an hour of boxing with DC.
"After recently turning 40 and giving birth 3
times in the last three years, it had been a while since I stepped
foot in a gym. But, I was ready to get my body back! Needless to
say, I was motivated to see results. I came to Ciarla Fitness
because I heard there was a trainer that would do boxing and
kickboxing with me (an activity I got hooked on when living in
southern California). As I met with D.C., I shared that my three
main goals were to loose all my "baby fat", increase my energy level
and gain strength. I am thrilled to report that I have met all goals
and continue to strive for an even higher level of fitness.
D.C. is amazing-encouraging, motivating, and tough. I love the fact
that not one workout is the same. D.C. constantly changes things up
to keep it interesting. I look forward to my sessions with him and I
feel better than I have in years. Being a mom of three little boys
takes strength and copious amounts of energy, and thanks to D.C. ,
I've got it!"
