Your first personal training session: One of our certified team
members will spend some time with you conducting a personal fitness
assessment. In just a few short minutes, you'll have your personal
profile printed for you! Some things you may value though this
experience include:
- Seven site body composition
- Isometric Strength Training
- Blood pressure screening
- Submax stress testing
- Actual and official target heart rate
- Final fitness rating on a scale of below expectations
through above expectations
