Experienced: Heather is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Nutrition and Food Science and a minor in Chemistry. She worked as a Registered Dietitian with Carolinas Healthcare System for nine years where she improved the health and dietary habits of thousands of people. Heather is currently working toward her certification in Weight Management. She is originally from Charlotte and is excited to share her passion for nutrition and instill a healthy lifestyle with our clients.

Accessible: Heather is accepting new clients in our studio beginning November 28, 2006 - just in time for the holidays!
Appointments are accepted Tuesday – Thursday from 10am to 4pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm to accommodate your busy schedules.  >>>back to top

Five Day Food Journal – All clients are expected to bring a five day food journal to your initial consultation session. >>>back to top

Initial Dietary/Nutritional Consultation – After thoroughly discussing your food journal, Heather will be conducting a BMR test and asking you a series of questions. Hear about Heather’s other success stories. What are your goals? >>>back to top

Seven-Day Personal Dietary Plan – Using the information obtained in your consultation, Heather will prescribe a seven day eating plan for you. Try it for one week or several weeks and return for your follow-up consultation when you are ready.  >>>back to top

Follow-Up Consultation – Review your progress. In this consultation we will determine if your eating plan needs to be revised by considering how you are feeling, what foods you are tired of, weight loss, body fat, and any other measures of your success. (Follow-up consultations may be purchased in addition to initial package for $49 per session)
