Experienced: Adam Ciarla has 12 years of experience in working with every type of dietary and nutrition challenge. Chavanne Scott also brings 10 years of experience in the industry working with obese clients all the way to the body builder.  Chavanne's passion for nutrition employed her at GNC for four years as a manager of several locations.  Here she mastered her ability to work with clients that have several different dietary hurdles.  Chavanne is currently studying for her ACE Lifestyles and Weight Management Certification.  Our staff members can provide the ultimate "Heathly Eagle" experience by applying BOTH their extensive personal training and nutrition counseling skills.

Accessible: Ciarla Fitness is accepting new clients in either studio, SouthPark or Ballantyne with any type of nutritional challenge. Appointments are accepted most hours of operation and most new clients can be seen the same day they call to make their appointment .  >>>back to top

Five Day Food Journal – All clients are expected to bring a five day food journal to your initial consultation session. >>>back to top

Initial Dietary/Nutritional Consultation – After thoroughly discussing your food journal, your trainer will be conducting a BMR test and asking you a series of questions. Hear about Ciarla Fitness' other success stories. What are your goals? >>>back to top

Seven-Day Personal Dietary Plan – Using the information obtained in your consultation, Ciarla Fitness may prescribe a seven day eating plan for you. Try it for one week or several weeks and return for your follow-up consultation when you are ready.  >>>back to top

Follow-Up Consultation – Review your progress. In this consultation we will determine if your eating plan needs to be revised by considering how you are feeling, what foods you are tired of, weight loss, body fat, and any other measures of your success. (Follow-up consultations may be purchased in addition to initial package for $49 per session)
